Service of subpoenas; fees and mileage

4:12A-18. Service of subpoenas; fees and mileage The process of subpoena authorized in this act shall be served in the same manner and be of the same force and effect as like process in civil actions in the Superior Court; and any person attending in pursuance of such subpoena shall be entitled to the same fees and mileage as witnesses in civil actions in said Superior Court.
