Partial invalidity

4:12-41.21. Partial invalidity Should any section, paragraph, clause or sentence of this act be declared unconstitutional or invalid, for any reason, the remainder of the said act shall not be thereby affected. L.1943, c. 100, p. 331, s. 21.
