Hindering or molesting director or representatives prohibited

4:12-41.17. Hindering or molesting director or representatives prohibited No person shall in any way or manner hinder or molest the director or any of his employees, agents or representatives in the performance of his or their duties under a penalty of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
