4:11-46. Article inapplicable to certain associations, storekeepers, restaurants, etc. The provisions of this act shall not apply to any legally incorporated agricultural co-operative association in dealings with its members, nor to storekeepers having not more than two stores where poultry is bought in small quantities and foods of all kinds are sold at retail, nor to any hotel, restaurant or establishment where poultry is bought for consumption on the premises.
