Appeals from classification of products; fees

4:10-7. Appeals from classification of products; fees Any interested party, within a reasonable time, to be prescribed in the regulations made under this chapter, may appeal to the secretary from the grading or classification of any farm product authorized under this chapter, and the secretary shall thereupon cause such investigation to be made, and such tests to be applied, as he may deem necessary to determine the true grade or classification thereof. Whenever an appeal is taken to the secretary under this chapter, he shall charge and assess and collect, or cause to be collected, a reasonable fee, to be fixed by him, which shall be refunded if the appeal is sustained.
