Referendum date

4:10-56. Referendum date At each public hearing upon a marketing program or a major amendment the secretary may receive evidence relating to the time necessary for the receipt of written consent. He shall establish a referendum date on which consent must be received. L.1971, c. 308, s. 14, eff. Sept. 2, 1971.
