Evidence of offer or transport for sale

4:10-37. Evidence of offer or transport for sale When open or closed packages of potatoes are placed in transit for sale or delivery or moved to market in any medium of transportation, such transit, delivery or movement shall be prima facie evidence that the potatoes are offered or transported for sale.
