4:10-25 Restraint of unauthorized use of State brand, outline. 10. The Secretary of Agriculture , in conjunction with the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, shall have the power, by injunction or otherwise, to restrain any person or organization using or attempting to use any State brand or the use of the outline of the State, except in accordance with the provisions of R.S.4:10-5 or P.L.1939, c.136 (C.4:10-16 et seq.). Notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, Department of Agriculture inspectors may issue citations to any person suspected of using, or attempting to use, any State brand or the outline of the State, except in accordance with the provisions of R.S.4:10-5 or P.L. 1939, c.136 (C.4:10-16 et seq.).
