4:1-36. Record on appeal Within five days after service of the notice of appeal the director of the Office of Milk Industry shall, in accordance with rules of the Superior Court, transmit to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court, the original or a certified copy of the entire record of the proceedings under review; but, by stipulation of all parties to the appeal, the record may be shortened by eliminating any portion thereof.
