Appeal

4:1-34. Appeal Any person, applicant or licensee aggrieved by any act, proceeding, rule, order, regulation, decision or determination of the director of the Office of Milk Industry and directly affected thereby, shall be entitled to judicial review thereof. Proceedings for review shall be instituted by filing an appeal in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court, in accordance with its rules, within ten days after: the termination of such proceeding; or the filing of such regulation, rule or order with the Secretary of State pursuant to law; or the service of the decision or determination.
