Division of dairy industry established; director

4:1-24. Division of dairy industry established; director There is hereby established in the Department of Agriculture a Division of Dairy Industry. The executive and administrative head of the division shall be a director who, subject to the supervision of the Secretary of Agriculture, shall be responsible for the activities of the division.
