Violations

4:1-21.13. Violations Any person, firm, association, or corporation, or any officer, agent, servant, or employee thereof, violating any of the provisions of this act shall, for each offense, be liable to a penalty of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). L.1952, c. 298, p. 1010, s. 7.
