4:1-21.10. Approval of firms desiring to cooperate with State Board Every person, firm, association or corporation desiring to cooperate with the State Board of Agriculture in certifying agricultural seeds, tubers, grass sod, grass sod plugs, and grass stolons shall first have received the approval of the State Board of Agriculture. Upon the receipt of such approval, every firm, association or corporation subject to the provisions of this act shall observe, conform and comply with all rules and regulations fixed and established by the State Board of Agriculture.
