Food production program; award to schools whose students participate

4:1-21.1. Food production program; award to schools whose students participate Any high school or private institution of learning, twenty-five per centum (25%) or more of whose students fourteen years of age or over have responded to the call for farm labor to contribute to an adequate food supply, by working fifteen or more days of eight hours each on farms in New Jersey, shall be entitled to receive a flag, banner or other suitable award, to be presented by the Department of Agriculture.
