Effect of revocation.

3B:7-1.2 Effect of revocation. 59. Provisions of a governing instrument are given effect as if the killer or relative of the killer disclaimed all provisions revoked by this chapter or, in the case of a revoked nomination in a fiduciary or representative capacity, as if the killer or relative of the killer predeceased the decedent.
