Lapse of devise.

3B:4-5 Lapse of devise. 3B:4-5. Unless the testator's will provides otherwise, a revocation or termination of the trust before the testator's death causes the devise to lapse. L.1981, c.405, s.3B:4-5, eff. May 1, 1982; amended 2004, c.132, s.43.
