3B:31-32 Construction to conform trust terms to probably intent of settlor. 3B:31-32. Construction to Conform Trust Terms to Probable Intent of Settlor. Nothing in this act shall prevent the court from construing the terms of a trust, even if unambiguous, to conform to the settlor's probable intent. L.2015, c.276, s.1.
