3B:3-2.2 Regulations. 2. The Secretary of State shall promulgate regulations pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the provisions of this act. L.2005,c.97,s.2.
