3B:28-12. N.J.S. 3A:36-4 saved from repeal N.J.S. 3A:36-4 is saved from repeal. Under this section, if real estate, subject to an inchoate right of dower or curtesy, is sold by a sheriff or other public officer, the purchaser may apply to have dower or curtesy admeasured. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:28-12, eff. May 1, 1982.
