3B:28-11. N.J.S. 3A:36-3 saved from repeal N.J.S. 3A:36-3 is saved from repeal. As provided in this section, the court may direct sale as in partition of real estate where dower or curtesy cannot be assigned without prejudice to the owners; direct assignment of dower or curtesy from rents and profits, or order the real estate sold free from dower or curtesy, making compensation for the value thereof. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:28-11, eff. May 1, 1982.
