"Heirs and devisees" defined.

3B:22-39 "Heirs and devisees" defined. 3B:22-39. As used in this article, heirs and devisees shall include the heirs and devisees of a deceased debtor and the heirs and devisees of any of them, who shall have died before the commencement of the action, authorized by this article, to whom any of the real or personal property, of which the debtor died seized or possessed, descended or was devised.
