3B:22-38. Certain actions against personal representative saved Nothing contained in this article shall prevent a person from maintaining an action against the personal representative for, or in respect of, waste or misapplication of the estate of his decedent. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:22-38, eff. May 1, 1982.
