Direction of court as to sale

3B:22-26. Direction of court as to sale If it shall appear to the satisfaction of the court that property of which a decedent died seized or possessed is subject to escheat to the State and that it is necessary to sell the property in order to pay debts of the decedent, the court shall direct the personal representative of the decedent's estate to sell the property or so much thereof as may be necessary for that purpose.
