3B:20-23 Banking institution acting as fiduciary 3B:20-23. Banking institution acting as fiduciary. An exchange or conversion of shares may be made pursuant to this article notwithstanding that the fiduciary which holds the shares in the trust estate is the banking institution which issued them.
