3B:2-7 Issuance of subpoenas by surrogate. 3B:2-7. A surrogate may issue process of subpoenas to any person within the State to appear and give evidence in any matter pending before the surrogate's court. L.1981, c.405, s.3B:2-7, eff. May 1, 1982; amended 2004, c.132, s.6.
