Uniformity of application and construction

3B:19B-29. Uniformity of application and construction 29. Uniformity of Application and Construction. In applying and construing this act, consideration shall be given to the fact that this is a uniform act, and there is a need to promote uniformity of the act with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
