3B:18-4. Disputes between fiduciaries as to apportionment When a difference arises between fiduciaries concerning the apportionment of commissions between them, the Superior Court shall determine the apportionment of commissions, having regard to their respective services. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-4, eff. May 1, 1982.
