Payment at age 18.

3B:15-17.1 Payment at age 18. 1. Where the estate of a minor consists of the proceeds of a judgment recovered in favor of the minor in any court of this State and the funds recovered are placed under the control of the county surrogate, the funds shall be paid over to the person when the person reaches the age of 18 years, unless the court finds the person to be incapacitated.
