Jurisdiction by act of decedent

3B:14-50. Jurisdiction by act of decedent In addition to jurisdiction conferred by N.J.S. 3B:14-49, a domiciliary foreign fiduciary for a decedent is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this State to the same extent that his decedent was subject to their jurisdiction immediately prior to death. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-50, eff. May 1, 1982.
