Commissions; apportionment

3B:14-16. Commissions; apportionment Commissions on the administration of the estate, trust or fund shall be apportioned between the original fiduciary and the substituted fiduciary as the court shall direct. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-16, eff. May 1, 1982.
