3B:14-15. Powers and duties of reinstated fiduciary Upon reinstatement, the fiduciary or person named to act as fiduciary shall be vested with all of the title to that portion of the estate, trust or fund as has not been administered by the substituted fiduciary, and shall have all of the powers and duties as to the estate, trust or fund which he had or would have had by virtue of his original appointment as fiduciary or his being named to act as fiduciary. He shall have no responsibility for the administration of the estate, trust or fund by the substituted fiduciary or person named to act as substituted fiduciary. He shall be responsible for and shall account for his own administration of the estate, trust or fund, which may have remained in his hands or for which he may be accountable by his own action or neglect.
