Filing account with the court

3B:13-9. Filing account with the court Every guardian appointed by the surrogate of any county or by the Superior Court, who receives any moneys from a Federal agency for the benefit of his ward, shall, at intervals as the court may require, render to the Superior Court a true account of all moneys received by him, as guardian, by way of pension, bounty or other allowance from the United States. The account shall be submitted in duplicate. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:13-9, eff. May 1, 1982.
