Special requests; individual trusts

3B:11-31. Special requests; individual trusts The board may agree to fulfill any special requests made on behalf of a beneficiary as long as the requests are consistent with this act and provided an adequate contribution has been made for this purpose on behalf of a beneficiary. The board may agree to serve as trustee for any individual trust created on behalf of a beneficiary, regardless of whether the trust is revocable or irrevocable, has one or more remaindermen or contingent beneficiaries, or any other condition, so long as the individual trust is consistent with the purposes of this act.
