3B:11-12. Execution of instrument stating certain provisions not applicable to trust; filing The trustee or trustees of any trust may, without judicial proceedings, execute an instrument stating that the provisions of N.J.S. 3B:11-10 or N.J.S. 3B:11-11, as the case may be, shall not be applicable to the trust, and upon filing a copy thereof in the office of the Secretary of State of this State, the provisions of N.J.S. 3B:11-10 or N.J.S. 3B:11-11, as the case may be, shall not apply to the trust.
