39:8-16. Application, renewal of license An application or renewal for a private inspection center license shall be in such form and shall contain such information as the director may prescribe, and shall be accompanied annually by a nonrefundable $25.00 fee, which shall be remitted to the General Treasury. The director shall require a licensee to have in effect at all times liability insurance or such other proof of financial responsibility as he may prescribe, and may require such other qualifications of a licensee and his premises as are necessary.
