Mandatory reduction of bodily injury insurance rates

39:6A-18. Mandatory reduction of bodily injury insurance rates Bodily injury insurance rates in effect on July 1, 1972 shall be reduced by at least 15% and shall become effective upon the effective date of this act. L.1972, c. 70, s. 18.
