39:6-84 Limitation on amount of judgment. 24. When a judgment is obtained against the association, in an action brought under this act, upon the determination of all proceedings including appeals and reviews, the court shall make an order directed to the association directing it to pay out of the fund to the plaintiff in the action the amount thereof which does not exceed $15,000.00, exclusive of interest and costs, on account of injury to, or death of, one person and, subject to such limits for the death of, or injury to, any one person, does not exceed $30,000.00, exclusive of interest and costs, on account of the injury to, or death of, more than one person, in any one accident, provided that such maximum amount shall be reduced by any amount received or recovered by the plaintiff as specified in subparagraph (m) of section 10.
