39:5H-5 Appointment, maintenance of agent for service of process. 5. a. A transportation network company operating in the State shall appoint and maintain an agent for service of process in this State. b. The transportation network company shall submit to the commission within 10 days of receiving a permit, the name, address, telephone number, or other contact information of the agent. The transportation network company shall notify the commission of any change of the agent, or address, telephone number, or other contact information for the agent, within 10 days of the effective date of the change.
