Personal recognizance

39:5F-6. Personal recognizance Personal recognizance is acceptable only if not prohibited by law. If mandatory appearance is required, it shall take place immediately following issuance of the citation. L.1983, c. 46, s. 6, eff. Jan. 28, 1983.
