39:5-46 Report to commission of stolen produce. 39:5-46. The clerk of every court wherein a person licensed to operate a motor vehicle in this or another state is convicted of stealing produce from a farm in this state, shall, within three days after the conviction, make a report in writing to the commission of all such cases heard before the court, upon blanks provided by the commission for the purpose. The report shall state the name and address of the person convicted, the date thereof, the sentence imposed by the court and any recommendations the court may deem of value to the commission in determining whether action should be taken against the convicted person's license.
