Issuance of summons for violation by law enforcement officer

39:4-56.7. Issuance of summons for violation by law enforcement officer Any law enforcement officer may in the performance of his duty enter upon the property upon request of the property owner wherein a vehicle is parked in violation of section 1 of this act for the purpose of issuing a summons for such violation.
