39:4-207.1 Rules and regulations. 5. The Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of P.L.1949, c.280 (C.39:4-204 et seq.), as amended and supplemented. L.1981, c.36, s.5; amended 2013, c.3, s.4.
