39:4-183.31 Posting of pedestrian crossing yield signs. 3. The Commissioner of Transportation shall post, and shall request county and municipal authorities to post, pedestrian crossing yield signs that make reference to State law at all crosswalks at intersections that have demonstrated pedestrian safety problems and are not controlled by a traffic control signal. The signs shall conform to the "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices". L.2005,c.158,s.3.
