Continuous maintenance

39:4-183.15. Continuous maintenance All traffic signs shall be kept in good order and clearly legible at all times. Signs damaged or destroyed shall be replaced promptly. Signs no longer applicable shall be removed immediately. L.1941, c. 345, p. 908, s. 16.
