39:4-14.3v. Education program for safe operation; fund The director shall establish a fund not to exceed $50,000.00 per year for the purpose of providing an educational program for the safe operation of motorized bicycles. Educational program for safe operation of bicycles; fund The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall use a portion of the fund established pursuant to section 22 of P.L.1983, c. 105 (C. 39:4-14.3v) for the purpose of providing an educational program for the safe operation of bicycles.
