Dealer licensed as motor vehicle dealer; inapplicability of restrictions contained in Municipal Land Use Law

39:4-14.3r. Dealer licensed as motor vehicle dealer; inapplicability of restrictions contained in Municipal Land Use Law Requiring a motorized bicycle dealer to be licensed as a motor vehicle dealer under R.S. 39:10-19 for the purposes of this act shall not mean that he is a motor vehicle dealer for the purpose of meeting any restrictions or regulations contained in a planning or zoning ordinance under the "Municipal Land Use Law," P.L.1975, c. 291 (C. 40:55D-1 et seq.).
