39:4-120.9. Drivers' obedience 5. The driver of a motor vehicle shall observe and obey an official traffic control device erected at a public-private intersection in the same manner as those erected at any other intersection. L.1991,c.298,s.5. 39:4-120.10. Penalties 6. For a violation of this act, the offender shall be subject to the same penalties as exist in connection with violations at public intersections. L.1991,c.298,s.6. 39:4-120.11. Rules, regulations 7. The Commissioner of Transportation may promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the purposes of this act.
