39:4-120.9. Drivers' obedience 5. The driver of a motor vehicle shall observe and obey an official traffic control device erected at a public-private intersection in the same manner as those erected at any other intersection. L.1991,c.298,s.5. 39:4-120.10. Penalties 6. For a violation of this act, the offender shall be subject to the same penalties as exist in connection with violations at public intersections. The Commissioner of Transportation may promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the purposes of this act.
