Punishment for violations

39:3A-2. Punishment for violations A person violating the provisions of this act shall, for each violation, be subject to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00), or imprisonment for a period not exceeding ten days or both. L.1951, c. 134, p. 569, s. 2.
