39:3-86 Penalty when no specific penalty provided. 1. For a violation of a provision of chapter three of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes for which no specific penalty is provided, the offender shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $25 or more than $500 or imprisonment for a term of not exceeding fifteen days or both.
