Failure to comply; penalties

39:3-79.7. Failure to comply; penalties Any person who fails to comply with sections 1 and 2 of this act following an inspection shall be subject to the penalties of R.S. 39:8-9. L.1984, c. 55, s. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1984.
